Equipped:

The main engine system uses a single motor with magnetic powder clutch (there are also two motor models) linkage control, stable tension, beautiful appearance of the finished product.

Programmable PLC taper tension control, touch screen operation (Mitsubishi PLC+ Yaskawa Frequency conversion).

Coiling adopts fixed shaft mode, equipped with press wheel mechanism, can choose pure center coiling or center and surface coiling.

The take-up shaft is standard configured as an inflatable shaft.

The winding shaft is filled and deflated, and the door is opened and closed by pneumatic automatic control, which is convenient and fast.

Optional:

1. The tool can be selected with industrial tool mechanism.
