1. The main engine system adopts three motors linkage control, high speed, stable tension, beautiful appearance of the finished product.

2.Equipped with tension detector device, programmable PLC automatic constant tension control.

The winding press wheel system adopts a combination mechanism of intermittent displacement and pneumatic auxiliary control, which can keep the distance between the press wheel and the finished product process minimum, and can also press the finished product to meet the process requirements of cutting and rewinding of various materials.

4. The winding system can be used as a quick exchange between the air expansion shaft and the slip shaft.

5. Equipped with finished products quick discharge device, reduce the work intensity of the operator.
