Application:

Suitable For rewinding tape.

Feature:

Main Motor: driven by 2 A.C. motors. 1 for web feeding, 1 for rewind tension control, which automatically increasing toque on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O.D. is getting bigger.

Rewind Device: Either center or surface winding way with lay-on rollers can be chosen according to the specific requests. Rewinding shaft is auto air inflation or leakage and 2 shafts can auto interchange after rewinding.

Electricity Device:

    Control panel with touch screen for setting tension, length, etc...

     PLC programming system to control the mechanical movements.

     Self detection system can automatically find out the cause of machine problem.

Unwind lay-on roller: using double lay-on rollers to smooth the material wrinkles to make sure production quality.

Jumbo roll lifting up device: assisting in lifting the jumbo to save time and alleviate labor strength.

Unwind Base: connected unwind base for convenient operation.

Optional Parts:

Unwind Pick-Up Lift: loading jumbo roll quickly to time save time and manpower.

Tabbing Device: fully auto control(automatically slow down and tab, which can improve production efficiency. Tabbing length can be set freely).
