Feature:

• Machine Drive: A.C. Motor and inverter drive material in operation.

• Rewind Drive: using clutch for rewind tension control and it works with differential friction rewinding system to ensure that the tension of each roll is the same.

•  Slitting device: razor blade

• Core Unloading Device: unloading the finished rolls and loading new paper core at the same time, which greatly improve the production efficiency. It is quite suitable for mass production.

• Unwind Base: connected unwind base for easy operation.

• Unwind lay-on roller: using double lay-on rollers to smooth the material wrinkles to make sure production quality.

• Electric Control: using photoelectric sensor with two phase length calculator to control length, which makes length accurate.

• Aluminum mold set: One aluminum mode set for one slitting width

• Tabbing Device : Fully auto control(automatically slow down and tab, which can improve production efficiency. Tabbing length can be set freely).
