Feature:

Main motor:  driven by 3 A.C. motors. 1 for web feeding, 2 for rewind tension control, which automatically increasing toque on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O.D. is getting bigger.

Tension Detection Device: PLC control to ensure steady tension.

Unwind Base: separated unwind base, with big unwind diameter, It has high possibility to install other device because of enough space.

Rewind Device:  rewinding pressure rollers adopt gap type combining with pneumatic auxiliary control, which allows to keep shortest gap between roller and material or touch material according to your specific requests.

Rewind Mechanism: air shaft or diffential friction shaft can be changed over quickly.

Unloading Device: assisting to unload finished rolls quickly to reduce labor intensity. 

Trim removing unit:  independent tranverse trim winding unit or strong blower for non-adhesive material.

Slitting device: shear knife, air score knife or lazor blade for different kinds of material.

Unwinding base: connected/seperated shaft/shaftless unwinding base which also can be equipped with EPC/LPC unit, hydraulic lifting up unit and splicing table.

Electricity Device:

     Control panel with touch screen for setting tension, length, etc...

     PLC programming system to control the mechanical movements.

     Self detection system can automatically find out the cause of machine problem.
