Feature:

Main Motor: cutting shaft and circular blade are driven by A.C motor with          inverter control, which is able to set RPM and running

                       direction according to different requests.

Central Control: PLC control system, which allows to cut one log roll into            various sizes by changing modes automatically.

Display Mode: all functions are operated on LCD touch screen(10.4"), which is easy for operation and data setting.

Width Setting: width setting is controlled by servo motor(Mitsubishi/Schneider)  with ball screw and guide rails to ensure accurate actions.

Cutting System: knife feeding is controlled by servomotor (Mitsubishi/Schneider),

                        which can do four-speed cutting to improve efficiency and ensure

                        the best quality.

Knife Angle Adjustment: using servo motor(Mitsubishi/Schneider) to control

                        cutting angle by caculating blade angle direction. It can adjust    

                      angle (±8°) for cutting didderent materials to ensure a smooth roll

                            surface and reduce knife changing times.

Quick shaft changing device: this device is equipped for chaning shaft quickly

                        when you want to use smaller shaft can be as an optional part of

                        this machine for matching the small log roll.

Auto-turret system: air cylinder drivers the shaft auto-interchanging without

                        stopping machine,which greatly improves productivity.
